URGENT REFERRALS

For urgent referrals please contact Doctor Zargar directly on 1 300 927 427 . Doctor Zargar provides urgent fast-tracked appointments for patients with confirmed or strongly suspected diagnosis of urological cancer. He will do everything possible to see your patient promptly. If you would like to discuss a specific case, please contact the office and we will arrange for Homi to speak with you in person.

 

PATIENT CARE

You can expect the very best in patient care from Doctor Zargar. Homi will discuss the health condition with the patient and relatives in details in a plane language and in an effective manner. He provides ample opportunity for answering question and will formulate a plan of action individualised to the patient and his condition based on latest developments in the field. When indicated, Homi will provide you with a follow up phone call to update you about the status of your patient. In the setting of the diagnosis of cancer, the patient is always discussed in the multi-disciplinary forum and appropriate consultations with the other members of team, including medical and radiation oncologist, other urologists and allied health team are arranged.

For patients with urological malignancy, Homi is happy to provide second opinion as requested.  

 

REFERRER FOLLOW UP 

Doctor Zargar will provide a detailed report to your office regarding your patient's progress. If you have any special reporting requirements please indicate these in your referral letter.
